QuranScroll (and what "best Quran app" means for scrolling habits)

QuranScroll turns social-style scrolling into ayah-by-ayah Quran reading on iOS.

Released my 3rd app to the App Store. This one is my favorite by far: QuranScroll.

Everyone knows the trap. 10 seconds of TikTok or Instagram turns into 2 hours of scrolling. QuranScroll uses that habit so you scroll through ayahs instead, one ayah per "post," through the full mushaf.

I am not ranking every Quran app on the store. For people who lose time on Instagram or TikTok, a useful reading app reuses that swipe habit for scripture. That is the niche.

If you need memorization revision, use Al Muraja'ah. If you need mosque Iqamah times, use Masjidly. Different jobs.

Features

  • One-ayah-per-post infinite scroll through the full mushaf
  • English (Sahih International) and Indonesian translations
  • Customizable Arabic fonts and sizes
  • Light, dark, and sepia themes
  • Offline reading
  • Achievements, progress, streaks, bookmarks, and share cards

Stack and traction

Swift and SwiftUI. Solo developer and designer. Roughly 400 to 450 App Store downloads depending on the snapshot (427 on the portfolio notes; about 453 in CV totals).

Project page. Alhamdulillah.
