Overview
Unisen is a dual-workspace SEND coordination product for England. Schools track local-authority consultations and prepare evidence-backed responses within the 15-calendar-day window. Families review draft EHC plans, triage issues, coordinate supporters, prepare amendments, and export structured responses. As founding engineer, I have shipped product, authorization, growth, security, deployment, and marketing work across the platform.

Key features
- Built membership-based authorization and scoped Convex persistence for school workspaces and family cases, with server-side access checks on every data operation
- Implemented secure invitations, gated school provisioning, family onboarding, contextual routing, workspace switching, and auditable membership flows
- Built and aligned authenticated school/family workspaces with fictional no-sign-in demos for safe product validation
- Designed and shipped the responsive marketing site, product-led dashboard demos, brand assets, enquiry flow, blog/help discovery, and technical SEO
- Hardened production security and release checks, then deployed split Cloudflare hosts for unisen.uk and app.unisen.uk
